I wasn't sure who to call to fix our furnace. Eikenberry's originally installed our furnace prior to us buying our home so i called them first. I was very happy with Kevin the technician. He called before coming out so I could meet him, was able to diagnose the problem with our furnace, actually had the part he needed in his van, and was able to fix the problem within a half hour of arriving. Be warned!!! Especially if you have a "home warranty policy"! The rude secretary speaking in a condescending tone with a lack of interpersonal skills was the least of the problems. The "technician" was only offering solutions that would create more problems down the road i.e. "drill a hole in a tube." He said one thing to us and turned around to say another to the home warranty to ensure that they would not have to cover the service.
