Owner was so rude and they use cheap nail polish.
Terrible service. Terrible quality. Do not go. I showed them a picture of how the nail polish didn’t even last after a day (it was time stamped) and they didn’t even accommodate me. After talking to them on the phone for 30 minutes, they hung up on me. And then continued to ignore my phone call after I tried calling back.
I’ve been coming to this place since they first opened in 2019, unfortunately after so many years of being a LOYAL client (driving miles away to support their business) I was refused service after my nail tech Jenny was late (15 mins) and I jokingly and respectfully remarked her tardiness. This place has no customer service!! I did a walk in nail service and was not greeted well. The nail job was ok but not great. They were not busy at all as one nail technician was sleeping on the couch. This place does NOT deserve my hard earned money as they charge higher than average prices and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I was giving this salon a chance and perhaps would have gone regularly but I will take my money somewhere else !!
Beautiful light and clean space with amazing pedicure and the best foot massage!
