We waited for a week to open the mechanical room to provide us with internet we were without internet for a week and there was no one to inform or take responsibility for after a lot of calls we had to go to the office for the keys to open the mechanical room. We noticed small details to repair in the house to be fixed and kept calling for maintenance after a week moved in.
