December 9th, 2016. Time is 1416(2:16pm)Veterans warning: Don't go to this provider, if the VA doesn't have anything available in the VA clinic centers then they will suggest an off provider. This is one of the clinics they suggested. I am very new to the area so I have no other choice but to accept. My appointment was at 0945. I arrived on time and filled out the required paperwork.
