Call me old fashioned, but I have pretty strict ideas about professionalism. I do not think a dentist or other professional should contact a client personally outside of their office hours on their personal cell phone. If they are trying to resolve an issue with the client, they need to schedule a meeting during their office hours and only if the client agrees to it. I have had multiple root canals done here, as well as an apicoectomy with bone graphing. Starting from Shirley at the front desk who is super friendly and helpful, to Dr Ochoa and all his assistants, everyone is super amazing. You can tell that they truly care about the patient and want the best for them. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for treating me so well!
Best dental specialist ever! I have been to see Dr Ochoa more than once and it has always been a good experience . I have dental anxiety and I feel I am in the best hands at this office , he is very skilled and caring and his staff is the best . Thank you so much !
I confirmed my appointment four times, filled out the paper work online as asked. Get an email the day before my appointment saying it's been canceled for not confirming my appointment. The little interaction I've had was horrible. Do not recommend.
Over pricing, same issue as another google review… As per the insurance “Manulife” they stated the dental procedure is not per their Dental fee guide for Saskatchewan. I had to pay excess amount which was over 60 % . I am happy to share the procedure code as well if needed but disappointed as it was just a initial consult.
