Had a bone graft and root canal . Absolutely no pain from first needle to heal up. No bruising not much swelling. Highly recommend Dr Ochoa.
I came to Dr. Ochoa because a tooth that had previously undergone a root canal by another dentist became reinfected. Dr. Ochoa was very professional and thoroughly explained all the risks and treatment options. We decided to do a retreatment, and during the procedure, he discovered a fifth canal in my molar that had been missed by the original dentist. It's been over 3 months since Dr. Ochoa acted very unprofessionally to me by calling me on his personal cell phone after hours to bully me into giving him a better online review. It's important to note despite my many attempts, they have never apologized or rectified the situation. The most Dr. Ochoa did was send me a registered letter stating I am no longer his patient...as if I would ever go back to such rudeness. Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. The admin was amazing. She reached out several times to find a time that worked best as I am from Regina. My appointment was canceled due to personal reasons and she had me scheduled in 2 days later. My tooth was fractured and a general dentist could not perform the root canal without the type of equipment and expertise that Dr. Phaneuf has. Thanks to 8th Street Orthodontic for their awesome service. Shirley at the front desk is the nicest and most helpful person I have had the pleasure to meet in a long time. You feel like you’re part of her family. All the staff are very professional and caring. This is my second visit to this clinic and I highly recommend them.
