To the manager, Emily. I had nails done a couple days ago and today I realized that I felt that for what I received, I had been overcharged. I was charged $75 for a set of gelx with three colors. What I’m told is that I was charged the inflated rate because of the filing that was required to shape the nails, and because my tips were “thin” and not thick. Regular polish on tie nails. Put a fan on them. Then put slippers on. It's cold out. No other way to dry my toes? Oh it takes 2 hours. Put my shoes on messed up a 48.00 polish...this place won't get my business or a good tip ever again! 2 hours! Update Doesn't matter i have never had to wait 3 hours. Sarcasm is not good, talking with a customer. Watch paint dry on a car. You have no way to dry polish! Emily helped out with some designs this time & they’re my absolute favorite!!! always choosing eight50 for my gel-x, Katie does so amazing with them every time!! prices are so good too never too unreasonable, i can bring in any designs or inspiration & they’ll make it beautiful!! 10/10!!
