I would not recommend living at 820 Apartments. This is the second time one of our vehicles has been towed without any prior notice. The most recent incident happened while I am recovering from emergency surgery. My doctor has documented that I am not allowed to drive or operate machinery during my recovery, yet my car was towed before I had the chance to place the temporary permit that I obtained from the DMV the same day. My experience with Eight20 Apartments was frustrating overall. The biggest positive was the price. I lived in the Cottonwood floor plan, a 650-square-foot one-bedroom, for $1,088 on a 13-month lease. (They upped my contract to 1138 to renew.) For the space, it was a good deal. They were also responsive during move-in and helped me change apartments after I realized I had chosen the wrong one.
