Not a safe area or apartment complex to live in. I lived there a few years ago. There were frequently drunk or extremely high people outside yelling wandering around mostly very late at light, looking in people's cars, and getting close to people's front doors while tweaking out! Cars always getting broken into with no parking lot cameras, it was a very uncomfortable apartment complex always high anxiety! This place is extremely disappointing when it comes to safety and resident support. I recently had a valuable item stolen from my car within the complex, and when I contacted management, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of offering any help or guidance, I was simply told that I “shouldn’t leave items in my car.” It is unacceptable to pay to live in a supposedly private and secure community that lacks even basic security measures like surveillance cameras. Reflecting years later on our time at the 820 apartments… it must have been bad to leave a review after time has passed. After our cars being broken into an un-countable amount of times, two shootings outside of our apartment and a near-break in, we decided to leave. Not to mention the countess experiences of work orders that we had to fight to be fulfilled, to any extent (months without an operable washing machine).
