The Eight20 Apartments are prompt when I need assistance. The Management Team is courteous and always helpful. Also they are always thinking of us residents on holidays and when it comes to safety. I have lived here for going for 5 years and they’ve all been a joy! Thank you Eight20!!
Fraud alert!! They won't answer your calls, lied about sending me pictures of "damages" in the apartment just to keep your security deposit!! Fraud!! The one tine i spoke to them, i was told i will get an email with the pictures of the damages and receipt of the cleaning fees and give me a call back. Nothing has been sent, i have been calling and gotten no response so far (they won't answer my calls again) or call back as promised.
