I’m a 15 year old girl and I went to this salon just wanting a simple wash dry and curls. The lady immediately started judging my hair because I had Ktips installed and told me they were “not properly installed” when they actually were done professionally. Instead of even trying to help or being respectful she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome the whole time. Her attitude was very unprofessional and honestly came off racist and discriminatory. Initially before I arrived, I called because I seen on the website. They close at 5 o’clock when I called. I said hey I know you guys close at five. If I could give no stars I would, let’s just start there. I’ve been to this woman multiple times for color, pressing anything to do with my natural hair . Today I decided I wanted color treatment. so I walked in we discussed what I was going for and she told me she could achieve it. I went there three times.I don’t go anymore. I wasn’t pleased at all. Only one person not taking the time to wash my hair good and styling my hair. Gaving me a rush job. And charging all this money come on. And you supposed to be from New York! I am telling like it is!
