Initially before I arrived, I called because I seen on the website. They close at 5 o’clock when I called. I said hey I know you guys close at five. If I could give no stars I would, let’s just start there. I’ve been to this woman multiple times for color, pressing anything to do with my natural hair . Today I decided I wanted color treatment. so I walked in we discussed what I was going for and she told me she could achieve it. She bleached my roots first resulting in my roots being extremely lighter than the rest of my hair . She all so missed multiple spots leaving my hair with dark natural colored spots . I went there three times.I don’t go anymore. I wasn’t pleased at all. Only one person not taking the time to wash my hair good and styling my hair. Gaving me a rush job. And charging all this money come on. And you supposed to be from New York! I am telling like it is!
