I’ve visited 8 Settlers four times over the past few years, and each time I’ve walked in genuinely excited because the place clearly has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, my experiences have consistently fallen short. It often feels like the servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff lack attention to detail and pride in execution. We came for Christmas dinner. After booking and a day before our reservation they sent an email saying only a special Christmas menu was available. It was a pretty mediocre menu. When we arrived they were sold out of one of the four entrees available (filet mignon). The service was just ok and the whole experience was just unmemorable. Very expensive prices for an average service. This was my second visit and it was just as mediocre as my first.
