I recently toured 805 and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire tour feel relaxed and informative. The property was beautiful and well-maintained. I definitely recommend checking out 805 if you’re looking for a new place to live!
Honestly one of the best tours and building ever! Apart from the beautiful rooftop, great views, location, and amenities. Stephon, who gave me the tour, really sold me with his personality and attentiveness, making sure any and every question I had was answered, made me feel secure in knowing I would be taken good care of living here!
I have lived here for almost two years, and can’t express enough how much I love it here. Everyone is highly professional, and caring especially Stephon, David and Juan in the management office. They have attended to my requests in a timely and courteous manner each time with dignity and respect.
one of the worst places I’ve toured tbh 😭 the building was humid/musty because no AC, the unit was disgustingly dirty and had roach droppings and broken flooring.. The property manager bragged how people don’t talk to him because they know he only talks to them if “he needs their money for rent or have an issue”. uhh that’s not a flex, property managers should have a good rep and be liked by the community lol. Lived here for 1 year, perfect location, great amenities, nice management team and very quick on maintenance repairs.
