Amazing experience
Tried to schedule a tour and apparently I’ve been emailing an AI called Bri this whole time. I was scheduled to come in at 1:15 and was told a colleague will meet me at that time and was getting spamed to confirm I was coming and uploaded my ID and yet no one was there. Even the doorman said I was just talking to AI and had to download the app and do a self guided tour instead to get in. Then to try sign up for the self guided you have to wait another hour. I’ve had a very good experience with this property management team so far. Communication is clear, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the staff has been professional and courteous every step of the way. It’s been refreshing to deal with a company that takes resident satisfaction seriously. Can’t wait to renew my lease!
Stay away if you don't want to deal with headaches. Be ready to have elevators out of service approximately once a month (or like this year 6 months of the year). Terrible accommodation, dirty apartments, dirty amenities, spider infestations, bad service. A management team with horrible attitude and a lack of dedication to the building. We are very unfortunate to have had such bad experience after 3 years with the building.
