Could you verify if you sold this to a 90 some year old woman and then refused to fix? I would like to know if this is true and get a state official to stop in and talk to you about how you pass a car like this for state inspection. How about you save some face and issue an apology and give this woman a safe car to drive for what she paid which I read was $6,500. It’s gonna cost you more in bad publicity if you don’t.

Love the staff. So nice. Except I took my Malibu here for a recall and now i have no power steering and they wanted to charge for the issue they caused! FYI the recall was for something seat belt related so yeah. So disappointed..
