Horrible property management company, DO NOT USE THEM! They've gone through 4 maintenance coordinators before my lease has even ended! I couldn't get my AC turned on until JUNE. Their maintenance system is a joke. I've had a leak in my kitchen ceiling since JUNE and they STILL have not fixed it. Will not eat any cost due to home-owner neglect (the homeowners have rejected 3 SEPARATE estimates to fix the leak!)
