My 2009 Audi A4 has a long, adventurous past. It has a rebuilt 2012 engine in it that was rebuilt with crappy parts that has now caused the timing chain to jump off and damaged two valves. Kirk's knowledge and Mike's technical skills have made a bad situation a lot easier to swallow. I trust them and will continue to use them in the future.

If Zero Stars were an option, I'd choose it. They installed a battery in my Mercedes ML 350 and were rude, condescending and p* poor in their customer relations at the point of honoring the Warranty. After getting into an argument with the Lady on the phone (I'd previously had a discussion with a guy that told me I could pay $50 for them to tell me what may or could be causing the problem - and he wasn't going to do that over the phone. I had to bring the car in 4 times and each time it took them weeks and it's still not fixed. Last time they they fixed (changed gasket) oil pan and assured it's not leaking and the next day it was leaking again. Getting random misfires, weird noises after they performed extensive work on timing belt and all related components. And, if you go back and say that it's still not fixed, they will become the rudest people you will ever find despite your spending well over couple thousand dollars just for the labor. My wife and I have been a customer of German Motorsports for over 20 years and have never had a problem with them. They've always done excellent work for reasonable prices, and have always treated us well.

It is not worth the experience and even higher prices. I brought my car in for a fuel sending unit and an o2 sensor in my A4. I came out with a not fixed sending unit which i had to bring back for a second time for. After fixing the sending unit the car doesnt start with out excessively long cranking and then having to turn off the key and start again and eventually it starts.
