Used this service when we bought our home a year ago. The previous owners had pets and it smelled like wet dog and cat pee. They came out, explained everything, did a treatment. They told us to call back if we needed a second treatment. We took them up on it and they came back free of charge. Really loved working with them. The smell was HUGELY decreased immediately, and the little bit that was left went away over time. I recommend them to my friends all the time.
This product did not work, this person was extremely inappropriate and made my wife feel very uncomfortable. Highly recommended skipping this service. Absolutely unprofessional and does not work whatsoever. This is a scam.

Les came out and applied treatment to my home for cigarette smoke. I paid him for his services at that time. Three days later the cigarette smell remained in the basement I have contacted him numerous times via phone and text over the course of almost a month and a half. He answered phone ( once; did not respond to any texts) and said he would get a work order put in to come back and finish the job I already paid for. He did not follow through.
