These guys in the service center are amazing. I was travelling across country, stopped to have them look at a check engine light...luckily they diagnosed and fixed my front differential. It turned what could have been total disaster into a few extra days in Bismark. Great customer service, great communication. They provided a driver to the hotel, a loaner vehicle and such kindness, even to my dogs! Can't say enough good things about this crew!
I really enjoyed working with Dylan Seidler. He was part of the finance department. I felt like he listened to me and even called a few months after to offer me different options.
