I purchased a 2017 challenger from Eide and have nothing bad to say about the experience. Any worries I had were dismissed when I talked with Brian and Bill. I love my new car and would recommend Brian to all my friends.
We are so excited and happy to own our brand new Dodge Durango. Our Salesman Jason Hutslar was amazing and helped make this a very positive experience.
Went in for an oil change and a unconnect update ... was told would be no more than an hour so had them rotate tires also 3 hours later I finally walked out ... that was after asking after 2 hours and 20 min how much longer and they said 10 min .... I got nothing more than a sorry about the wait when leaving ... hey how about we would love to give you a discount to make sure you bring your service back .... but nothing I will have no problem driving 100 miles to another RAM dealership for things like this.... I get that thin... read more
