Took my Jeep in to Eide Chrysler for 80,000 mile service. They didn’t know what that was. Settled on oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection (which, according to the owner’ manual is basically an 80,000 mile service). They came back to tell me I needed a flush of my front differential (fluid had a burnt smell) and a tune-up. As they wanted close to $400 for that, I decided on a second opinion. You will not be disappointed with Eide Chrysler. We just got home with our new to us 2013 Ram 3500. The entire process from beginning to end has to be hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
I would like to preface this review by saying I am ordinarily an incredibly easy-to-please customer. However, my experience with both the Sales and Service departments of Eide Chrysler was nothing short of disappointing. Last November, I decided to trade in my car for a used pickup. I was hoping the service dept was going to improve when Eide took over. Same people, same lousy service. We took a car in for work after having our oil changed at a local shop and these clowns changed it again, even though the sticker in the window clearly showed it was just changed yesterday. Problem is we use a synthetic and that's not what Eide put in. The service writer's response? Oh that's too bad. Hey Eide, you owe us $102.
I would give a 0 if i could. I got my oil cooler changed a day after my $102.00 amsoil change. Not only did the service dpt dump my brand new oil Cody claimed he couldnt help me or pull my records 10 min to close and I would have to call the next day. The way i was treated and taken advantage of I swear I will never go back!!! What a terrible department!!! I was so nervous about buying my first car and derick and Jeremy made it so easy for me! Treated me like they cared and helped me tremendously! Jeremy fought for me to get the car I’ve always wanted. Services good while you're in the sale. My vehicle was pulling to the left right from the get-go I don't have heat for anything inside of the vehicle and my battery dies more than my vehicle stays running. I've tried talking to the salesman who sold me my vehicle and I just keep getting a run around. Mind you I just bought my vehicle on the 4th.
