Eida and her team are truly the very BEST in the biz! Professional, communicative, and honest are just a few ways to describe them. Eida went above and beyond every single day our house was on the market. When we received an offer she fought hard to get us the price we wanted. I will 100% use Eida again!!
Horrible Experience!!! We rented a house in Las Vegas From Aida and her out of state client Nancy for 15 months. We were told the house would be ready to move in on the first. It was knot! The previous tenant was evicted and the house was dirty and had several issues. We told Aida and Nancy about all the issues, and Aida came over and took pictures of the damage. Trash was everywhere, junk was left in the garage and on the side of the house, and the garbage was full of trash even the recycle bin , so they would not take it. ... read more

I’m so lucky that my friend recommended I work with Eida. First, she spent almost a year and a half helping me find the right house to buy. Then she seamlessly switched gears to seller mode. She coordinated clean up and repairs to the house I’d been living in for over 25 years. Her advice and efforts paid off quickly when my house closed in less than 4 weeks after it went on the market.
