Very professional. EJ is an excellent hygienist.
just moved back into the area and didn’t have a dentist yet, so when i thought i broke a tooth, i called around. staff at eicon welcomed me to come immediately, and got me in to see a doctor within an hour. i decided to just do a cleaning on the spot and in 2 hours i was taken care of and out the door. amazing, friendly and understanding staff have made me a permanent patient for as long as i live in town.

2023 they overcharged me $240 and refused to give me refund. Said I'd have a credit until my daughter came back for more services. NOV 2024 they refused to do my daughter's fillings until I paid $663. Got EOB from my insurance, I only owed $95. Called dental office, getting run around saying I have zero balance and can't refund me until the office manager is in. She is who I talked to and refused to provide services until I paid $663.
