Have worked with JoyceAnne and Eickerrt multiple times and they would definitely be our choice if we were going to buy or sell in the Bitterroot again.
This is the fourth home purchase I’ve made in my lifetime and I have never worked with a more professional, hardworking and knowledgeable realtor. Working with JoyceAnne was like working with a land surveyor, building inspector, and community historian all in one. She even knew about the varying water tables. And when it came down to the wire with our closing date - and a harry situation with a horrible loan originator experience - she was a bull dog with a big smile and a twinkle in her eye! 10 stars!
