My Mom was in a nursing home in Tomball, Tx and she was put on Hospice. We started calling funeral homes to make arrangements. The prices were outrageous until we called Eickenhorst. They were very informative and straight to to point. When my Mom passed, we called them and they took care of everything. It was a relief because I lived in Colorado. The service was very well taking care of and I felt at ease with them. I want to thank them for being understandable with our situation.
Eickenhorst provided pickup and cremation for my mother last month and my brother in 2013. They were great, respectful, timely, communicative and affordable. They even went the extra mile in helping me sort through an unrelated concern that I was struggling with. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.
I appreciate the professional and kind treatment we received from the staff at Eickenhorst Funeral Services. They certainly went out of their way to be helpful and they made me feel like I was dealing with caring friends.
My mother was put on hospice and had chosen Eickenhorst Funeral Services to take care of her in her death. They were on standby for her passing and arrived at my home in a very short amount of time to transport her. This is a team you can trust with your loved one. I am 1000% satisfied with the services they provided to our family. My mother was treated with respect, and her wishes were a priority to the Eickenhorst team.
I would like to say a few words about Eickenhorst Funeral Home. My Dad passed away 4 days before Christmas. It was not expected and I turned to my best friend and her family for help. Linda, Willie and Jake are considered my family and so it was with great peace that we entrusted our Dad to their care.
