Excellent customer service is extremely rare, but at Eichman’s it is the norm. They have instructed me over the last two decades to keep my washer and dryer operating, and always helping me to save money in the process. Thank you Eichman’s for going above and beyond with true customer service.
Amazing customer service, hard to find items in stock, decent prices. I am so glad I found this place and will recommend to everyone! They even answer any questions and make sure you know how to install what you buy. They also are happy to help you make sure you need to replace something not just sell you whatever. I am so impressed!

Thanks for the great customer service. I called on Friday afternoon about my dryer not working and asked if they had a thermal fuse. The employee explained step by step what I needed to do to remove and check the fuse and also said I could bring the fuse in and he could test it. I got to the store a little before 5 and was greeted by a very knowledgeable and friendly employee. Thanks to him, by Friday evening my dryer was working again. Thank God for such grear help.
I called today for a dryer repair we needed done ASAP. They went way out of their way to accommodate my work schedule and sent someone as soon as they could. The gentlemen who came was extremely professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Repair and labor prices were more than reasonable. I highly recommend Eichman's and will definitely use their service in the future. Thanks!
