As a former customer, this reminds me why you should check reviews for doctors and dentists. Since I'm the first to review Dr. Eichenlaub, let this be a warning. Back in 2011, when I purchase dental insurance through Assurant, this dentist accepted it, but stated they never made much money from them so they would charge what they thought was acceptable.
