After 5 years of owning my Tiguan that I purchased from the St Cloud dealership I am DONE. I LOVE my VW but the service department at the St Cloud location is just AWFUL. They truly hate their customers there. Each time I go there I am met with angry employees that clearly don’t want to help you and it’s just an awful experience. I DO however, recommend making the drive to St Louis Park for service (and a now the sale) as you will be blown away at the amazing customer service in their service department. I am extremely satisfied with my experience! The service was exceptional, and everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! I wish road support can be help with real people not a machine, cz no one know the time when accident happen, and should be road support help escalate the problem not waiting till next morning when office hour open Thank you!
