Absolute worst customer service. If you are transferred to David Cortez, in the Tech Dept, I highly suggest that you request to speak with a different representative.
We installed pro lift kit on GX470 it was good but didn’t last long, lasted over a year of daily driving summer/winter with minimal off roading. Dealing with warranty was a nightmare. Would never use them again.
Try contacting eibach for support on my order. Customer service is nonexistent. No one picks up their phone calls and you can't even leave a message because their mailbox is full. I doubt anyone is even monitoring these calls. Regret purchasing anything from them.

Husband bought TRD Tacoma pro lift springs and they’re awful. Had them installed and they lowered his front end and the rear is now sitting way higher than the front. Faulty springs. Company will replace springs but not pay for the work to be done. Which is 4x more than the cost of the springs. Not good customer service. They should have to pay for the springs and the work to be replaced.
