I have hired E&I Painting Contractors twice in the last year - the first time to repair the drywall, paint and install new flooring in the townhouse we were preparing to sell. That experience was reasonably priced and well timed and made the selling the house much easier. I hired them again since I was very comfortable with Jorge and his team to convert the framed out garage attic into a finished room. I would give E & I 10 stars if I could! Jorge was wonderful to work with and his crew did an amazing job—quickly! I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to impeccably complete the project (three rooms in my condo) in just a day and a half. The final cost was extremely fair and reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
Be prepared to chase down a quote. I called and emailed a total of 3 times to try getting a quote. I called and let the owner know…still nothing. “Your business is our commitment.” - right, won’t be getting mine.
This is a wonderful company. They gave us a great price and did a great job. They came within a week and had a four person crew. They were very careful to lay down boards and plastic to protect the house. They finished a large job in 2 days. The workers were very courteous and were a pleasure. At the end, they cleaned up and the house was cleaner than when they started. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
If possible I would give this contractor 10 stars. I thoroughly researched E & I Painting Contractors on the internet and based on the feedback, I called for an estimate on interior home painting. The owner, Jorge Morales, was prompt in visiting my home and providing a detailed estimate. His estimate was the most thorough and cost competitive that I received.
