I have been a patient of Dr. Zusman for fifteen plus years. In that time he has continued to provide the highest level of professional care I could hope for. He is a dedicated physician who is empathetic and has a dry sense of humor. He has performed two surgeries on me (TURPs) and I would recommend him to anyone seeking an expert Urologist.
Maybe he was having a bad day, but he visibly rolled his eyes while I was talking, cut off and dismissed my questions, ordered repeat labs I told him I’d already had recently, did not perform the exam I had made the appointment for, was exceedingly vague about diagnosis and treatment and did not make clear what he was doing while I was there. Answered all my questions, listened and seemed to care. I liked his manner and had confidence in his clinical skills.
Dr. Zusman truly cares about his patients. He goes the extra mile to make sure the entire problem has been resolved.
Dr. Zusman was very professional and patient with me. I had some nervousness before my initial appointment but he didn't rush me and made sure all my questions were answered. Both he and his nurse were excellent and I would recommend Dr. Zusman to anyone.
First appointment with a urologist, and I am very glad I ended up with Dr. Zusman. Didn't scare me away from taking care of my health, but rather made me feel comfortable enough to make the visits part of my future.
Too quick to start poking and cutting!
Dr. Zusman is a wonderful, highly skilled physician and surgeon. His care, compassion and concern, his knowledge of latest information, and his surgical expertise saved my life when I was suffering from prostate cancer. I cannot say enough good things about him.
