Ehsan was cordial in interaction. It had been a busy work week but he accommodated by allowing a visit at home after hours. Smooth transaction with no issues.
Whats matters to him is whats convenient for him not whats convenient for the client. His replies are passive aggressive with a sassy tone definitely should not be in client facing.
Good office, communication is easy, answered his calls always. Got the work done on time
