Thank goodness for the last tech that came to do the rodent check and bait stations refill. He did a great job. There was a NoShow from the other full evaluation person that day and the company did not do a follow up or care that I waited all day for that person I am not happy with this company for many reasons.
Alex has been great to work with. His communication and attention to detail are top notch. He always gives me notifications as to when he plans to come for our preventative services and is always willing to accommodate my schedule if needed. Thank you!
Mason our technician is doing a good job! Although he has to confirm he is coming when I check with him the day before. Also, if he is coming, and going to be late to let me know. I have other things that I need to do as well.
We’ve had a few different techs treat our exterior. Everyone has been great, and Alex is no exception. Not only is Alex’s service good and quick, but I feel like I even learn about the process just talking with him. Alex is really good at his work.
