My main complaint is with the service contract and the difficulty I experienced trying to cancel it. I had to call multiple times to terminate the contract, yet I continued receiving bills afterward, which forced me to call again to get the issue resolved. The entire cancellation and billing process was frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.
