Terrible First Impression - Zero Communication and Poor Service. I was set to become a new annual contract customer, but after my experience, I cancelled immediately. They gave us a 4-hour window (8 am - 12 pm) for a service call at a house we just bought and were not yet living in. When no one showed up, my wife called at 11:50 am and was told to wait until 12. I am very mixed about this company. The operators on the phone are professional and the techs are friendly obviously trying to handle a high # of service calls. The robo call system for appointments is terrible and just trying to schedule quarterly service myself so work arrangements can be made never works. The robo call is way too short notice. Communication beyond the operators on the phone is terrible. Since they've become a big company (first buying out Connor's, then sold to Rentokil), this has been a problem. Since 20... read more

Thorough service by Laurie. She is very knowledgeable about our pest control needs for the upcoming season. She also addressed my scheduling concerns and offered alternative solutions.
