We love our tech that comes for regular maintenance visits -- he is very knowledgable and has successfully treated for ants, sprickets and mice activity. The scheduling department, however, does not give me advanced notice of any appointments -- despite many attempts to ask for a text or email with our scheduled date. Luckily, we have managed to make it work, but that is an area that needs improvement.
Our rep. Tom is really great, he looks everything over, take care of any problems we have and being an old house on a farm we have lots of issues! Tom takes great care of us.
