Would just like to personally point out sales associate Joe Baciotti. I called SPECIFICALLY stating I had a spotted lantern fly nest on my ROOF and in my GUTTERS. Joe ASSURED me they would spray the ROOF. I stated again I did not want my grass or trees sprayed and he again assured me it would be my roof. I also stated I wouldn’t be home and he assured me I didn’t need to be. Lo and behold, tech texts me that I need to be there, and that they only spray trees and grass. What a massive waste of time.
