They told me someone was able to come in between 10 am- 12 pm on Friday and would call in advance to let us know. Never heard from anyone so I called. I sat on hold for about 30 mins for the person to tell me they can’t get a hold of the person who was supposed to go to the house. Would’ve been nice to know they can’t make it so we could take our business elsewhere. Great service, arrived on time, looked at problem and explained what was required clearly. Very polite. I wish all services we deal with were like these guys. Highly recommend.
Inspected new home said no roaches or bugs but they were layered under the flooring their sucky stick paper test never grabbed one so diagnosed none but was infested kitchen

Joey Speciale has been our tech for several years now and he is approachable, accommodating to our schedule, and informative about the different life cycles of the carpenter bees, cluster flies, and other insects we need to keep in control.
