I had an appointment scheduled with them on a Saturday morning at 9 am to inspect for a bat entry. This appointment was canceled last minute with no offers to reschedule. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get someone and was left without even another appointment offered. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Missed last appointment without calling. My wife notified me . Afterwork, I called. They apologized. They said they couldn't do anything over the weekend. Someone would call Monday first thing. I haven't heard yet. I had a prior experience that my wife was a renter because she spoke Spanish and accused family of being dirty. He was fine when I got there. Other service provider was great. At this point I wonder if the first provider didn't want to service us and they don't want our business. We are on a plan.

I am maintenance for a couple of apartment complexes and I’ve used Ehrlich pest control for any pest issues that I’ve had for all four years of my employment in particular, Chris has been my pest tech all this time and he has always been nothing but professional and polite while resolving any issues that I’ve had efficiently and without any headaches or issues can’t recommend him enough.
