I explained to this company that I work M-F and needed to be contacted with an ETA when they would arrive. I work only 3.5 miles/10 mins from my home. They show up with no call so they are only able to check and refill the exterior bait stations, as far as my interior which were full with rodents did not get checked or replaced. Only on one service I was told the technician would be at my home at 9, worked it out with my supervisor to take my early 30 minute lunch to meet them. I have had Ehrlich as my pest control service for 5 years. Our regular technician is excellent. I pay $66. Per month for regular service. Last week I had an emergency and I needed service that day. On 9/5 they offered me service on 9/10!!! Not acceptable!!! There was a terrible smell coming from our basement. My 71 year old husband had to climb a ladder and open the drop ceiling to take out a dead mouse. For what we pay, we should not have to do this. They told me someone was able to come in between 10 am- 12 pm on Friday and would call in advance to let us know. Never heard from anyone so I called. I sat on hold for about 30 mins for the person to tell me they can’t get a hold of the person who was supposed to go to the house. Would’ve been nice to know they can’t make it so we could take our business elsewhere.
