Quarterly service paid for a full year. Tech didn't show for the second two. Renewal sent for $100 more - forget it! Three weeks later I have ants. Stay away, what a rip off.
Contacted Ehrlich to have quarterly services setup in May. Had to call to have them scheduled after they had not been out during the quarter to provide the services already paid for. Service date came and went without a tech showing up. Company claims tech came but I was home all day and live down a private drive. No one showed. Now have to dispute charges with my bank as no service was provided and Ehrlich won't issue a refund. Avoid the headache and find another company to give your business to.
ZERO would be a high rating. Management does not call you back after leaving repetitive messages with the teleworking representatives. Regional mgr doesn't return calls to his direct line. Appointments are scheduled out BUT mysteriously get moved. This appt has now been rescheduled 5 times. POOR COMMUNICATION FROM MANAGEMENT, CSR AND TECHNICIAN.
Either late or don’t show up. Customer service is non existent. Stay away!!!
I called on 4/10/22 and spoke with Dan at their home/corporate office. He was absolutely fantastic, answered all of my questions, and helped me schedule an appointment for the following day with a window between 8-12. He deserves 5 stars! Long story short: No one from the company reached out or showed up. Very poor communication. I called several times between 9 and 12 to check in and ask about an ETA.
