We scheduled an appointment with Jill at Ehrlich in early January for February 3rd. There was no confirmation beforehand, and after she was 15 minutes late, I called. Jill apologized and said she had forgotten about the appointment, then stated she was too busy to take us on. This could have been communicated weeks earlier or with a simple courtesy call prior to the scheduled time. The lack of organization and respect for our time was frustrating and unprofessional.

Outstanding design work, reupholstering antiques and refinishing wood, to window treatments! Ehrlich Interiors is the best at taking an outdated piece and making it new again, all while keeping the integrity of the original work. Creative fabric selections and outstanding quality work!

We used Erlich Interiors for an extensive remodel of our home. Jill, the owner, was a gem. She had great ideas on how to generate more space and make better use of what was already there. We are incredibly pleased with the results with the incredible kitchen she designed and with the new layout of the first floor. We also have relied on Jill for reupholstering needs, and I greatly respect her eye for color and patterns. We will definitely be calling on Erlich again.
