My daughter is visiting from Canada and her orthodontic appliance broke during our flight to Florida from Ontario this morning . The sharp edge was cutting into her upper lip, and she was in a great deal of pain. Not knowing where to turn, once we landed I called the main office line and spoke with Jessica, who was empathetic, kind, and incredibly helpful. Great first experience with the office! The staff is extremely friendly and go above and beyond (also very patient with the kids!). Dr. Sal was awesome too and great with the kids! The office is very clean and welcoming; highly recommend!
