Ehrlich is supposed to come monthly on a Thursday to spray my apartment. They have never come to spray on a regular schedule. They have been marking my unit in their records that I won't let them in and that is untrue. They have lied to my landlord and now my landlord is upset with me. When the guy does come to spray, he does not address any concerns that I have.
I called to schedule an appointment for an inspection Friday April 15, 2022. I scheduled an appointment for Monday April 18, 2022 between 12-2pm with “Justin”. To make this appointment work, we had to extend our stay in town. We waiting and received a call at 12:18 from Justin explaining that he was too far away and couldn’t make the appointment.
