Only has one inspector so I need to wait 2 weeks. Rattles off all time slots before asking what time period I prefer. Maybe they need to get more inspectors so they don't need to make people wait 2 weeks for an appt
They offer a free inspection then when you call I get a rude girl trying to weasel out of it. Then they say they’ll service my area then my landlord calls and they tell him no they don’t. Get your act together
Had a great experience from the initial phone call, to the same day visit, to the reassuring pest control technician. The pricing was good and the 30 day guarantee gave me some reassurance.
I have been trying to cancel my service as I don't feel it is worth the money, but no one at Erlich seems to be able to help me. I have tried contacting them twice now. During the latest attempt ( Aug 22, 2016 11:43:38 AM EST), I explained the problem and they said someone would contact me within 48 hours, which did not happen.
