What a pleasure it was to meet Dr. Conrad and his staff at the San Rafael Hospital building yesterday. Dr. Conrad was personable and wonderfully patient with our many questions. He was forthcoming about the possibilities and options regarding the unique medical circumstances and we wouldn't hesitate to be in his care in the future.
The last appointment went well. He is very professional and courteous. Still waiting to get an appointment for the second phase of implant procedure. Elizabeth Birch.
Went in to see the Doctor about having my surgery. He asked if I had any questions. Before I could finish asking he left the room and did not return leaving me with unanswered questions. I decided to go to a different doctor and facility to have the surgery done, I would not use this doctor or Park View Medical Center both are lacking.

I saw the Dr for 3 years he was always on Vacation, cancelled his appointment's with me and no one ever informed me. when I showed up for appointment they informed the doctor was out Golfing, and that I’d have to reschedule. He terminated me from his practice over no longer accepting my Medicaid . I was very sick with a major infection and was left without a doctor and terminated. he dosent care about his patients . Average appointment takes about 2 1/2 to 3 hours or more he triple books appointments.
Absolutely rotten doctor and terrible. He’s too old to care about patients only wants a paycheck for his month long vacations as often as possible. Hope you have a lot of time to waste cause it takes on average 3 hours or more to get in and out , he triple book’s appointments . Run far far away .
Dr. Dernovsek was very professional and provided me with excellent treatment.
Dr. Sunku was very professional, courteous and thorough. She explained everything about the EMG exam that she was administering. She provided timely transmission of exam results to my primary physician and neurologist. Office staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Sunku.
