Horrible. The first 3 months were great. When the time came to refill testosterone and other medications is when the problems began. I was sent a blood draw kit to take to Lab Corp, which I did. A month later, I didn’t receive the new shipment of medicine. Turns out that the testosterone lab wasn’t tested and no one notified me. I had to go back to the lab. A month after that, still nothing.
