The customer services representatives were great and very informative.They helped me get my questions answered and all the information needed. They were easy going, very informative, and what they promised is what was given. I'm very satisfied with my decisions to go solar through eHome By Design.
They answered my questions honestly and didn't try to appease me. When given a couple options, they educated me and let me decide for myself without the slightest bit of pressure. When they did the install, it seemed to go up without any issues and I was surprised at how quickly they had everything finished. The panels look great.
