Had a family member attend this site for support and the program was paid out of pocket ($60,000 for 50 days). Part of the 'package' was supportive counselling for family. This was never provided and there was no follow up. The supervisors at this site do not respond to emails or concerns. The finance department has yet to issue a credit from July.
