After 4 years, a toilet installed by EHJ had a part break inside the toilet. The manufacturer pointed out that EHJ installed the toilet using grout around the base, instead of caulk per the installation instructions. I verified myself that the installation instructions said to use caulk and sent those to Elias. The manufacturer wouldn't be responsible for taking the grout off because it was installed correctly.
