Worst!! I think only one word is enough for this property management! Very unprofessional! I got a call for them for open house! When we submitted all the application and I called them after 3-4 days about the status of approval! They were like oh ! We already approved someone else already ,then why did u waste our time ! They don’t even check ur application ! Please do not waste others people time to submit the application .but I appericate you refunded the money.
Worst property management company ever. Due to weather my fence fell over and was not fixed despite many maintenance requests that went ignored. With those maintenance requests I stated I could not maintain the yard as I could not get to my equipment or remove the waste. To top it off they stated dogs never lived in the property even tho I spent a week cleaning up dog waste from the side yard.
