It is not a bank designed for HOA management, and I would approach it cautiously when doing business with these folks. Owner: Allstate HOA Management
I walked in and didn’t see any employees . I went in further and saw the manager sitting at her desk in her office and then the banker came in from outside. In my opinion it didn’t seem to be very professional.
I have been w/Excel Bank since 2006. Always friendly and courteous service, not to mention competitive CD Rates. May G-d bless the entire staff, individually and collectively. Amen
