The worst customer service I ever had be aware when you stepped in the door o to the doctor, after your name, date of birth, and insurance information, the next step is the copay . If you don't pay, you don't see the doctor. Today I received a bill from almost two years ago that I owe $36.49. It's not the first time. When I ask and bring my statement, they use the magic words… "Sorry, we made a mistake." Very disappointed, I scheduled an appointment on Saturday 7/12/25 even received confirmation for the appointment Arrived on time and clinic was closed. Just read another review with same situation. Pitiful customer service. I will look for another clinic.
Don't bother with this place. Staff is unequipped to handle basics. Waited a month for an appointment, gave them all of my insurance information on the phone ahead of time only to show up to my appointment, take my money and be told that they don't accept my insurance. If your heart issue is life or death, good chance you'll die due to incompetence.
Great office and experience. I'm leaving this review because I'm trying to pay my bill, unfortunately your hours of operation do not match my availability or time difference, I don't see a way to pay online and I am traveling for work, please let me know if there is an online bill pay service for your office. thank you
