If I could choose fewer stars I would. First, appointment availability is almost nill. I was referred here for a pre-surgical consult just for my doctor to CYA. I discussed with the doctor some cardiac issues I’ve been having and some genetics and family history. He was concerned and told me I’m at risk for ANEURYSM!! Today I called this office for a complaint on an employee who answered the call that treated me like a dog, offending me and making me feel discriminated telling me that we are in America because I did not speak English well, that she was from Ukrainian and she spoke English perfectly , I asked her if there was someone to help me in Spanish and it was worse, she insulted me making a fool of me, I don't know how the doctors of this center allow a person to be discriminated against by the simple fact of not speaking English we... read more

The worst customer service I ever had be aware when you stepped in the door o to the doctor, after your name, date of birth, and insurance information, the next step is the copay . If you don't pay, you don't see the doctor. Today I received a bill from almost two years ago that I owe $36.49. It's not the first time. When I ask and bring my statement, they use the magic words… "Sorry, we made a mistake."
