Recently had an appointment for my first ever hair removal session and I was extremely satisfied. Jess is super knowledgeable and professional and made what can be a very awkward situation comfortable and easy. I will definitely be coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Egzact to anyone.
Never done this before and Jess was great. She explained everything upfront, made me feel comfortable and explained how it may feel so I was prepared… it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting.
Jess is amazing! I have been going to her for waxes for at least 15 years. I now live 3 hours away, but she is the only person I will see, and it is definitely worth the travel time. Jess is friendly and professional and does a great wax!
