the reviews are correct. please do not come here if you care about your natural hair…i initially asked if a lot of heat was going to be used and the stylist insisted she’s using heat protector. i could already notice while doing my hair she did not evenly distribute the heat protectant in my hair or didn’t put any in certain sections at all…thank goodness i didn’t get my hair pressed, and only brow dried (and even then the damage is extensive) & there are now straight pieces in my hair and my curls are significantly looser t... read more

I am hurt that I have to retire from going here.. jasmine was nice & the prices were decent but my experience just started getting worse as more people started to find out about it. It went from me being in and out to taking 3hrs nearly. She recently did me a cute ponytail look but she did my ponytail so tight that when I took it out it left a patch in my head. IF YOU ARE NATURAL AND CARE ABOUT YOUR HAIR, DO NOT COME HERE! I’ve been growing out my natural hair since 2014 and take pride in m caring for my hair, growing it from a “big chop” buzz cut to past shoulder length. I only go to the salon 4-5x per year for trims. This place advertises hours of operation, but doesn’t follow them. No notice of early closure, door unlocked, someone inside saying come back tomorrow. Poor business practices!
