Very poor customer service, they never answer emails or text messages, they come shovel the snow with a small snowblower and leave snowbank by my driveway, I call, text and email for someone to come clear it after the city plow and they came just once after couple of days without any acknowledgment to my text or emails . I had a previous coolant before they were excellent but they won’t serve my area anymore.
